Nice neighborhood. Very quiet, you don't even hear anything from first floor. Worked out for me as a nightshift nurse. I also had to cancel my contract a month early due to an agency issue and Kayla was more than flexible with my lease. Will definitely reconsider this room if I get another contract within the area.
Cozy, serene environment and met all my expectations for a comfortable stay. My host was friendly and kind.
