I stayed here for over 3 month when I was moved to a station near by. I had an absolute amazing experience and felt safe! The host was very attentive and friendly. The space was big enough for me and comfy for the time being. It is conveniently located and safe. If I ever needed to stay in a temporary place here in DC I would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 months over the summer. It was absolutely perfect for a short-term rental, and I would highly recommend it. While it was in a pretty walkable area, I had a bike that made it a short commute to the Metro, Capitol Hill, and Eastern Market. I always felt safe in the area and in the home as well.

Great Experience

I lived at this location for a little over one year. I found M, to be a great landlord. She was responsive, timely, and provided a great environment for my time in Capitol Hill. The unit was perfect for my needs, it is fully furnished with all the necessities which saved me a lot of money, has a great backyard space, and is in a prime location. The unit is far enough away from the busier areas of DC but also close enough to the metro and bus routes which made everything so convenient. The walkability of the area is also incredible, I loved walking to Eastern Market and Union Market from this area. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful 6-month lease!

I moved to DC looking for a short-term furnished rental, and I had a fabulous 6-month stay in this spacious Capitol Hill basement. M is a wonderful landlady & has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire moving process & lease term. The unit itself is surprisingly big, and has its own private entrance with a shared washer/dryer, which was a huge plus for me. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and commuting anywhere via metro/bus is extremely convenient (bus stop on the street + metro station is a ~12 min walk). I highly recommend this property and will definitely miss M & R!
