Great Stay

I stayed with Mary for a month. Communicating with her was very easy. She lives in a great neighborhood and responds to messages very quickly. I definitely recommend staying with her to any medical student.

Amazing Place to Stay!

The space is super nice and cozy! It has all the essentials like dishes, silverware, sheets, towels, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and in a great location. Mary is an amazing host and is so welcoming. She knows all the best places around! The dogs are great, and only stay upstairs. This place is honestly such a steal! I absolutely loved staying here :)

I had an excellent experience during my 4-month stay and would highly recommend this property to other traveling professionals. Mary was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Whenever I had questions, Mary was responsive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, always offering great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and weekend activities. What stood out the most was the level of care shown during a severe winter ice storm. Mary proactively checked in to ensure I was prepared for the weather, provided helpful guidance, and even assisted with shoveling snow and clearing ice to help keep the property accessible for my commute. The property was well-maintained and comfortable. I greatly appreciated Mary's hospitality, communication, and commitment to ensuring a positive experience.

Great stay

Marys place was great! It was less than 20 min from everything I needed. She has a lot of insight to places you could go and check out. A really cool tour guide. Its easy to get in and out your basement area. She allowed me to use her stove as much as I needed as I cooked quite a bit to save money on meals. She was very cool and easygoing about many things. Should I ever come back to FDXBG, I'll consider staying here again should it be available.

A gem of a stay!

This was a home away from home! M is an amazing host and is so helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge about everything in Fredericksburg. She provided everything you need to settle in and is happy to answer any questions you may have. The space was more than I was expecting and super cute! The bedroom has plenty of storage space, the bathroom has an amazing shower, the living room that is downstairs has the most comfy couch that you can melt into after a long shift. Maggie and Nugget, M's dogs, are so sweet and are always happy to see you. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Peaceful and Safe Place

I worked second shift at MWH and stayed here during my time. M is such a great landlady! Always asking me if I need anything and so sweet. One time I had a cold and she brought me cough drops. It's perfect for a single traveler, you pretty much get the whole lower level to yourself and you have your own entrance. She has a bunch of beautiful flowers all around the property too.

Fairy Garden

I loved my stay here! Living with M was a treat and a great way to get to know lots in the area. M knows a ton of business owners in the area and just about every great spot in town. The room and downstairs are very cozy and inviting. You are very close to Stafford, Fredericksburg, and if you are looking for a bit of commute, Quantico is not terrible either.
