Comfortable bedroom space for single individual located on top floor. Has a large walk-in bathroom with double sinks and a shower (no tub) stocked with cleaning amenities, spare toothbrushes, blow dryer, towels, soap, etc view from the windows, grass, trees, access road. Thick comforter on a queen size bed. The bed is low profile, not a high bed but extremely comfortable (so Im told).
Neighborhood overview
Professional, quiet, walkable neighborhood close to parks and lakes. Grocery stores are nearby and you can even walk to Starbucks. Ideal location for downtown access. Moses Cone Hospital is a straight shot down Elm Street.

Absolutely amazing
Alison’s home was incredibly inviting. We were there for half a year and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and immediately at ease. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after work. The bedroom and private bathroom are both spacious, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen is also roomy, which was great since we enjoy cooking. Having laundry right off the room was a huge bonus. There are plenty of stores nearby as well. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful place to rest, and it’s conveniently located just about a 10-minute drive from Cone.

Quiet and spacious
I stayed with Allison for 6 months from March to September 2024. I am a night shifter and I enjoyed how quiet her place was during the day. The kitchen is nice and spacious with plenty of room in the fridge. The bedroom is also very spacious with 3 closets and private bathroom in room. My stay was very comfortable and the commute to Moses Cone was short and easy.

Wonderful Place to Stay as a travel Nurse!
From the moment I spoke to Allison on the phone until the time I moved into her house, she was incredibly kind and friendly, answering all of my questions. My room was very comfortable and spacious, and having a private bathroom was a great addition. I also loved the plants; they are excellent for filtering the air, which was definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend this furnished finder to anyone looking for a temporary place to stay!

Home away from home
I had a fantastic stay at this property! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good nights rest and the shower felt like a spaso relaxing after a long day. The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute commute to work, which made my mornings stress-free. Alison was warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail, ensuring the space was well-equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. If I ever need a place to stay in the area again, I wouldnt hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
