Loved my stay.

Naomi is a great host, she is very quick to respond any questions . Her place is very clean. Room has a lot of space bed is very comfortable , had my own shower. Area is super safe. Shopping centers are 5-7 minutes away. Overall very happy with my stay. She even sent me a package that got to her place after I left . Deposit was refunded fast also .

Cozy in Martinez

I stayed here for 4 months. Naomi has a beautiful well-maintained home which is centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. Naomi was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I loved that I had a private bathroom and garage parking. Highly recommend her home.

safe and quiet

I lived here for a month during my clinical rotation. Naomi's house was quiet, safe, and clean. A big plus is garage parking! She was also very nice and accommodating! I had a great experience at her house and would stay again if I was in the area. Also, her dog was super cute and well behaved!

Great place to be

Naomi's place is a perfect combination of close proximity to everything and your idea of peace and quiet. She is accommodating and understanding about my special circumstance. Her adorable fur baby is also a bonus for my fur babies. The place is clean, quiet and private. Highly recommended.

Comfortably wonderful stay!

If you're looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood less than 15 min away from John Muir, with plenty of space and all the things - this is the place! This is a well-kept home with plenty of space for me, my dog (about 50lbs) and my car (garage parking! woo!). The landlord was very accommodating on several occasions which I really appreciated! A few examples, she made extra space for me in several locations around the house when I told her I needed extra room; she let me to move my things in early even though I wouldn't officially move in for a few weeks and lastly, she was suuppper understanding when I told her I needed more time to lock down a new contract before moving my things out. Any issues I had, she took care of right away and always kept an open line of communication with me. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my time here. An added perk is her adorable pomp-sky who is the biggest, softest cuddler you'll ever meet, haha. Highly recommend staying here!
