Amazing home and hosts

We stayed in this home for a few months. My family and I couldn't of been happier. The home is so cozy and the yard is beautiful and peaceful. There are lots of games to keep everyone entertained inside and out, and the home was super clean and well stocked. The fire pit was a huge hit as the children made s'mores. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate very well.

Our Flagstaff rental in 2025

Pros. Nice house that met our needs. Good location with ready access to the great outdoors and the fun of downtown. Excellent communications with user friendly and responsive owners. This was a big one for us. Cons. As a previous renter has written, the house was not quite ready for prime time when we moved in due to some of the items that were not working properly and needed repair. Conclusion. At move in June 2025 we would rate the house a 4 star but the owners get a 5 star due to the basics of the house and location and their responsiveness in addressing the issues. So overall 5 stars from us and we plan to be there again next year.

Stay in Flagstaff 2024

My wife and I stayed at the property during June and July 2024. Positive aspects of the house included the neighborhood, which is very good for taking walks, especially through the nearby park. Also, the house is spacious and bright. The garage was good. The property was quiet at night. The television and Wifi worked well. The owner was easy to deal with. The carpet was a bit worn, but clean. The keyless entry was good. There were a few negatives from our perspective. The upstairs windows were in poor condition while we stayed at the house and we were unable to open them in the master bedroom. Some of the window screens were worn and had holes. It seemed to us like the house needed some maintenance and TLC. The kitchen was OK, but we cook at home a lot and there were objects we had to purchase while we were there, like Pyrex measuring cups and additional food containers. Also, after we stayed at the house, the price per month increased by $650.00.
