Bearden Bungalow - 5 minutes from hospitals, downtown, Univ of Tenn

Best hostess!!

The house is in a great location and super close to everything! Emily is super nice and very helpful in making sure you have anything and everything you need! I had the best stay there and would highly highly recommend!

Everything you need

Great location close to Kingston Pike where you can find most every store and close to UT campus if needed. Perfectly private, love the back door entrance off the driveway. E is an amazing host who is very kind, caring and accommodating! I loved my stay here this little house has everything you need for a short or long stay.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN KNOXVILLE!!

I had a great stay at this property during the 3 months I was there! Its located about 8 mins from UTMC and roughly 15 mins from downtown! The realtor is very nice and accommodating! She will help with anything you need and turnaround time for fixes within the house is usually within a day or so. I rented out the entire unit. It was very spacious. Its an off street house (not in a neighborhood/subdivision) , so if youre bothered by the noise of traffic I wouldnt recommend. However, it honestly didnt bother me much at all. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in Knoxville!
