Property was clean and provided all of the basic necessities. The apartment is centrally located a few minutes from UNMC, a few minutes from the intersection and in the Dundee neighborhood that has a lot of neat areas nearby. I had no issues or safety concerns during my stay here, it's a fairly quiet neighborhood. I absolutely loved how the landlord was attentive, friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I definitely recommend this place if you are considering a contract in Omaha.
