Great place, great landlord

This place is great and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Parking is available on the street. Ray (landlord) is amazing and attentive for your needs to make sure you are comfortable with staying.

Phenomenal

I stayed at Rays place during my travel nurse contract, and it was truly one of the best housing experiences Ive had. From day one, Ray was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. The space was exactly as described (even better in person!). It was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding and fast Wi-Fi for charting. What really stood out was Ray herself. She was kind, respectful of privacy, and quick to assist with anything I needed. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel at home and supported throughout their stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Rays property to any travel nurse or professional looking for a comfortable, safe, and stress-free home away from home. Five stars all the way!

Fantastic Stay 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing experience staying with Ray! From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The space itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a cleaner coming regularly to ensure everything stayed fresh and tidy. You really don't need to bring anything but yourself. The location is perfect its just a short distance to the hospital, which was really convenient. I always felt safe and she has really kind neighbors. Plus, the parking situation was great there was always a spot available on the street, which made coming and going hassle-free. Overall, Ray went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. This place exceeded my expectations, and I cant recommend it enough. Great host, great location, and a truly comfortable space!!!

Hidden Gem!

Living with Ray was both comfortable and convenient. Kitchen, laundry area, and all shared spaces were clean and in great working order. Bed in the bedroom has a great mattress. The bedroom also doesn't get direct sunlight the full day - and has good shades - so sleeping at odd hours wasn't an issue for me. The street outside the house is generally quiet. Ray has a great tv and an extremely cozy couch for lounging. No problems parking my car on the street. Plus her cleaners are amazing - efficient and effective!! As an added bonus, Ray herself is a total gem!

Excellent Place

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. Close to multiple hospitals and never had an issue with finding parking (A huge bonus)! Ray was an amazing host and always kept an open line of communication. She made sure I was settled in and she was available, if I needed anything. Ray made me feel at home and would check in when needed. Highly recommend staying here. Best host I could ask for!

LOVED IT!

Very clean and beautiful home!! Ray is such a good host; shes very welcoming, kind, and friendly! If I ever had any questions or concerns, she was always every quick to answer or help. You get your own bathroom and bedroom, which are both clean and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room are also very well equipped! No trouble parking. She also has a security system in place. I HIGHLY recommend this stay!!
