Nice spot next to Capitol Bikeshare

I lived in this property nearly seven months and really enjoyed my stay. I had my pup with me for three of those months and we took lots of dog walks in the very pretty and safe streets of LeDroit Park area. The landlord William was super responsive to questions I had and was very understanding and flexible when my employment situation suddenly changed due to DOGE. I shared the second floor kitchen with a housemate on the first floor, which was the perfect balance of privacy and companionship when I wanted it! This place is a great find.

Long or short term

My time spent at this property spanned for around 8 months. The location is first class, the area is safe with low crime rates and the home is modern, clean and extremely classy. I am a commercial airline pilot and resided in many regions of the United States. This home is among the best that Ive ever been to and will not disappoint you!
