Quiet Retreat

Don and Donna were EXCELLENT landlords. I had the best time in Chicago because of them. The home is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. All appliances are easy to use and very clean. I had zero problems during the duration of my stay. The path behind the home was a wonderful way to take my pup out on walks. I had a wonderful experience and I hope to come back and work at the hospital nearby to stay again!

Cute Woods Home

Don was a great host! Very kind and available to answer any questions and help. Him and his son keep the property well maintained so accessing the basement suite is easy and safe. Lovely basement suite in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. My roommate and I are optometry students and had a safe and wonderful stay, definitely recommend!

Gret Place for a 3-month Stay

Don and Donna are excellent landlords and live on property. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, Don had it resolved same-day. The property is lovely and well maintained. There is a patio with seating for 8 plus a seating area with a table. There is a deck with more seating and 2 grills. The property is situated on a beautiful walk trail that connects to the DuPage river trails - spectacular! We had a dog with us and we took her on walks most every day. We were so happy with this property that we booked it again for the summer of 2026.
