Best place I've stayed while traveling. Perfect amount of space, light and airy with updated furnishings, nice neighborhood and responsive/helpful hosts.

Spectacular Santa Monica Studio

I stayed in the Bright & Light Studio for just under 6 months. K + R are wonderful landlords who were readily available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The design and layout of the studio was perfect and there was plenty of space for storage; for those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen was well-stocked with all of the cooking essentials you could possibly need with stainless steel refrigerator/stovetop/oven appliances. If I could pick up and move the Bright and Light studio to every city I moved to, I would! If you have the opportunity to move here, take it!! :)

one of the greatest!

quiet safe environment with everything you need! very walkable, and the hosts are great! full of tips on what to do and where to go. It has a delightful back yard space to relax in. old style wood floors and the tons of natural light enhance this little house. we were happy here, we were here for 3 months on a work contract.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This cottage is an amazing find and a wonderful place to stay! I stayed for about 4 months and wish I could have stayed even longer. The unit is comfortably & stylishly furnished - perfect for 1-2 people. It is very well equipped with all the necessities and feels incredibly safe (which was really important to me). It's tucked away into a peaceful neighborhood, yet so close to many great spots in Santa Monica. I loved the little back yard for relaxing and reading. K and her husband were fantastic and responsive landlords throughout my stay. They felt more like helpful neighbors/friends and are so enjoyable to be around. This place really started to feel like home and I was super sad to leave it! I highly recommend renting!
