Perfect space for being away from home. Nice safe neighborhood and great spacious basement apartment. Cathi and Dave are amazing landlords and very helpful with anything you need. I have spent almost a year here and would come back here anytime I'm in St Louis.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! Very spacious and quiet. The neighborhood is great, makes you feel safe. If my work hadnt moved me to another location I would have definitely stayed longer Cathi and Dave are amazing people! Very friendly and respectful. Made me feel like family.

I rented this beautiful lower level apartment. The space is very spacious and accommodating made me feel like my 2nd home. The landlords Cathi and Dave were absolutely amazing! Very warm, welcoming and hospitable! We met as strangers and quickly became friends for life. The entire family are just beautiful people and made me feel like I belonged. I really enjoyed my stay! It was truly a home away from home! Cathi and Dave were the best landlord! I felt very comfortable and safe, which is very important to me as a traveling healthcare worker. The basement apartment was very spacious and clean. I had everything I needed and if there was something I didnt have, Cathi would always accommodated me. 10/10 I would highly recommend renting from this fabulous couple if youre in the Missouri area!

Travel Nurse Stay

Cozy lower level basement area. Very spacious. Owners are caring and offer meals throughout the week for you. The surrounding area was very safe. Wish I found it sooner.

Wonderful stay

I had a great experience staying at this property. I am a travel nurse and it was my first time using furnished finders. The location is super safe and the space is huge. It is also very clean and cozy. You have complete privacy. I absolutely loved the landlords they were attentive and caring. They also cooked meals for dinner sometimes and always offered me some. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the St. Louis area.
