Great Summer Stay

Two roommates and I stayed here for 10 weeks over the summer, and this house fit our needs perfectly. The home is very clean and modern. One great perk is that the garage and concrete pad in the back gave us three parking spots, which is hard to find in the city. The back of the house is also part of a private neighborhood, and the home has a modern security system, which helped us feel safe. Nikki was a great landlord and was always responsive and helpful if we had any questions.

We had a truly wonderful mid term stay at this townhouse. It was perfect for our family in every way! The home is absolutely beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. You can really feel the good energy as soon as you walk in! The neighborhood is peaceful and lovely, with friendly neighbors and a great sense of community. It felt safe and welcoming from day one. The landlord was amazing, so kind, supportive, and always quick to respond if we had a question. We never had any issues during our stay, which really speaks to how well everything is managed! The only thing to be aware of is the occasional porch pirates, but thats just a common thing in Baltimore and not specific to this property.. Just something to keep in mind when getting packages delivered. Overall, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!
