Travel Nurses from Pittsburgh

A friend and I are traveling nurses from Pittsburgh and were looking for a place to stay while we were working at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. We stumbled upon Kyle's place and it was such a perfect fit! The place is in the best location. The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road. It was only a short 25min drive to the hospital. Kyle was super attentive to any issues that came up and his response time was immediate. There was construction occurring on the street when we stayed which made some parking an issue since we were using two cars, but Kyle was so helpful! He allowed us both to park in the back for the few days for the construction to be done! He was also quick to tell us if someone new was going to be moving in the other apartment underneath us and to inform us if him or his family would be coming into town to stay in the above apartment. He left a welcome basket when we arrived and the place was super clean and homey from the minute we walked in. If you are going to stay here for a trip the local restaurants are minutes down the street and the beach area is a very short drive. The nieighborhood is safe and walkable. There are always people walking their dogs, riding their bikes, or jogging down the streets. Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a get away or for work near the Main Campus I would HIGHLY suggest staying here!! Thanks for having us Kyle and making it such a nice stay!

Great place and landlord

This apartment is cozy, comfortable, and in a great, walkable location. It has a lot of great touches for comfort blackout curtains, a separate washer and dryer for each apartment, etc. The landlord is extremely responsive and fixed issues very quickly and proactively. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Lakewood Rental Review

The location is great; you can walk to great restaurants, or visit Lakewood Park, which is so calming to me. The unit is near public transportation, which makes it easy to get to the airport or to downtown Cleveland. The neighborhood is safe and has a suburb type of feel. The locals are great! I never encountered any major traffic going to/from work, and I worked both day and night shifts. You have your own washer/dryer in the basement, which makes laundry day super convenient. Garage parking is great. The house is old, so there are some creaky floors, but nothing too disturbing. The blackout curtains are a big plus! The beds are comfortable. The landlord is very responsive and has addressed any issues (which were far in between, and most of the time just me not understanding how something worked) in a timely manner. I definitely recommend.
