Yellow Room Review

I stayed in the yellow room (basement) for two months and the stay was great. Plenty of space with the full basement as a part of your agreement, including living room, private bathroom, and lots of storage if needed. Shared kitchen had plenty of common items to use and extra fridge space in the garage. Good house location in quiet neighborhood, central to a lot of amenities in town, including grocery store, gas stations, downtown Iowa City, I-80, and walking paths. Communication with owner was timely, informative, and enjoyable. Would recommend staying at this property

Yellow room review

I stayed in the yellow room for about four months the space is very nice with its own full bathroom and living room only shared space in the house is the kitchen which has everything you need. Big back yard with a grill and fire pit is also a big bonus! Landlord is great and super responsive also. Would definitely rent again
