Peaceful Condo at 3rd Ave Palms

I really enjoyed my stay at Gabbi's condo. She was very respectful, keeps a tidy space and knows great restaurants in the area! The room was comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The pool area and gym were lovely amenities and the whole complex has a great vibe!

Great area, wonderful place

Gabbi was an excellent host/housemate. Shes has a busy full schedule and I work an early schedule so we didnt overlap too much in the kitchen nor the laundry room. She keeps the place very tidy and it is beautifully furnished. My bed was comfortable and it was nice having a dresser and walk in closet at my disposal. Also a bonus the pool, hot tub, and gym were available to me anytime I wanted and the gated community feels very safe.

Clean room/living space and great host!

G is a wonderful host! She is kind and accommodating and keeps a clean space. As a plus - she is very knowledgeable about Phoenix and is a great resource if you are new to the area! The bedroom is comfortable and spacious, and the complex feels safe. I had a great stay and recommend the space to other travelers!

Midtown condo

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe and comfy in the quiet/gated condo. It is very close to St Joseph hospital and easy to get to other hospitals in the area. I loved being able to make the short drive to Dreamy Draw recreation area for mornings hikes! Arizona was amazing! G even sent me recommendations of things to do/restaurants in the area. She was a pleasure to work with. Already missing Arizona!
