A Peaceful Sanctuary

I stayed here for one year while I attended school nearby, and I truly couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The space is beautifully designed and so cozy and comfortable. Nathan has thought of everything you could possibly need, anything from an iron & ironing board to an air fryer, making it absolutely perfect for a temporary living situation. The place is so peaceful, and there is always a beautiful coastal breeze that flows through the house. Nathan is very kind and attentive and always readily available for any questions you have or if you need help with anything. The location is perfect, and it's nearby a Trader Joes, the 101, Costco, and so much more. I rarely had to drive far for anything I needed. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place in the Central Coast!! I'm so grateful I was able to call this place home for the past year. It has set the bar very high for any future moves!

Hidden Gem!

This property was everything I was looking for and more! In a super safe neighborhood and private entrance I really felt at home. The space is GORGEOUS perfect for myself. N is the best landlord! Super attentive and responsive and really helped make my experience great. I would 10/10 recommend if you want a nice place to look forward to coming back from after a long day at work. The patio was also amazing to sit and tan and read privately. The location is super central to everything and 25 minutes from Vandenberg base. Again I can't recommend this place enough!
