I stayed at the ADU for 4 months. The property was perfect for my needs during my stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the unit. The neighbors is quiet and the host family was very accommodating. I will definitely rent this space again if I'm back in the area.

My stay was plagued by unspecified expectations and overall poor communication. Before moving in, there were red flags. Norlen gave contradictory information & was defensive when I requested a video tour. On move-in day, we arrived at 9 PM with our cats after a cross-country flight. I couldn't reach him, and we worried we'd been scammed until he finally showed up. He said I was using his business number, but the communication was still terrible. The guesthouse was smaller than the 750 square feet quoted. During my stay, the hot water failed three times&the AC broke for 10 days during a heatwave. I was charged for cleaning a dirty air fryer&for AC filters the landlord neglected. His communication was often condescending; he charged me for laundering sheets, saying, "this isn't a hotel." He breached his own lease by not giving me 24 hours' notice for showings&failing to offer a move-out inspection. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this guesthouse or landlord to anyone.

Travel RN Long-term stay

Me, my husband, and our dog stayed at this studio for 3 months during my 13 wk travel RN contract. It's a new renovation sublet to the main house of the owners. N and his family were such great neighbors! They are very accommodating, quiet, and respected our privacy. We never had issues with our stay. As shown in the pictures and the description - the studio included everything you'll ever need to have a comfortable stay including kitchen supplies and utensils. It was also very convenient to have the washer & dryer inside the studio! It's in a very quiet neighborhood and it's only 6 minutes walking distance to the park. We loved walking our dog every morning. Plus, there's a Costco and a Target about 5 minutes drive from the studio. Also, check out Golf N' Stuff which is also about 2 minutes drive from it. Mcdonald's, Chick-Fil-A, and In-n-out is just also around the corner. This is a great find. We will definitely stay here again if we come back in this area.
