Felt like home!

We absolutely fell in love with this home! It was perfect for 2 and our pup. The short walk to Old Colorado City's main strip was our favorite part about this home. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping right on the strip as well. We could say so many things amazing things about Andrew. He was always responsive, made sure we were comfortable, and also made sure we had everything we needed at all times while still being as hands off" landlord. Amazing experience!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to have to opportunity to fall in love with Colorado. Hope to be neighbors one day!

Thoughtfully furnished home in a fabulous location

Thoughtful and location are the two words at the top as I think about our stay. The home is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. There are lamps where lamps are helpful. Power strips. Warm throws. Office set-up. Kitchen gear. Laundry. This all made for a very comfortable stay where I felt at home and could work remotely productively. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. The location let me feel like part of the community as I walked to restaurants and coffee shops and I was able to meet people and visit with them again. The yard was great for my dogs. Communication with Andrew was excellent. He responded quickly and consistently. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This house is a gem, definitely not one to pass up. It is extremely cozy, in a great, walkable location, and stocked with everything you would need for a short or extended stay. A is an excellent landlord and will make sure you are well taken care of. Bed is comfortable and amenities are all high quality. You can see the mountains from the house! Parking is great too, with a spot in front and in the back. Lovely backyard for my dog. Quiet neighborhood and sweet neighbors. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It really felt like home.
