Studio in Downtown Historic Flagstaff 2 Blocks From Hospital

Very disappointing

To start, Nancy let us know shed be spending the night at the property. That was fine. But she also used the kitchen, which wasnt part of the lease and got in our way while we were using it She had forgotten to bring the lease for us to sign and later messaged us asking for the rent. We said we werent comfortable paying before signing, especially since we had sent her the cleaning fee and security deposit, equal to a months rent. She threatened to charge us interest for being late On the day she arrived with a hard copy, she let herself in without knocking. It didnt match the electronic lease wed already signed. We had to cross things out. The lease was also full of contradictions and typos The ceiling in the shower is low, you have to sit on the floor to use it Nancy told us the dryer was defective. After we left, she blamed us for the dryer being broken and charged us $45 from our deposit Would not recommend unless the lease, communication, and behavior improve

Great location

N has a nice space that is clean and welcoming. The bedroom has lots of natural light from the north and south windows and is very cozy. It is within walking distance to Flagstaff Medical Center, Bashas' grocery store and downtown Flagstaff. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and also has an outdoor grill. There are occasionally pets at the house, 2 dogs and 1 cat, all very friendly and loveable. There are some low/slanted areas of the ceiling in the bedroom and shower, just be aware of your surroundings and you'll be okay ;) Would stay here again!
