Awesome people, cozy place!

First, I have to say the host is very nice and very accommodating. Very friendly and always answers in a timely manner. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. The place is very clean with a monthly cleaning service. It is conveniently close to food and shopping, which is very nice. Fast WiFi was a HUGE plus. I was here for an internship in Seattle, so I highly recommend this place if anyone needs a place to stay for work!

Wonderful home and people

After graduating college back east. I took a job in the PNW and moved in to this lovely home. Feeling welcomed and living in this low stress environment has been a wonderful experience especially to anyone traveling for work wanting to rest and explore the area afterwords! I made a great decision and made new friends! (Especially Richie the cat)

Review

I had an amazing experience staying here for the past three months. The host family was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always making me feel at home. They even recommended the best restaurants for different cuisines, from Chinese to Thai, which helped me discover so many great places. Within just two or three weeks, I felt like a local. The location is fantastic close to everything you might need. Its about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station for easy access to downtown, and just a short distance from a shopping area with Target, a gym, pet shops, and plenty of restaurants. The room is cleaned monthly, so you never have to worry about cleanliness. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was a great property to stay in. I was comfortable, nearby bus transportation (which saved me a lot of money from ubers & lyfts). Safe and quiet area and walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Hosts was super nice & always responsive. 10/10 recommend
