Very nice property with a very responsive and flexible owner in a location that is conveniently located...easy access to grocery stores, gas, hospitals, restaurants, highways and golf. 30 min to Austin, 1 hour to San Antonio, 25 min to San Marcos Outlet Mall. The house has a large fenced-in backyard...an office...a very large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and good wi-fi. We would gladly stay here again.

Great spot for short term living

I stayed at this location with what was supposed to be only 3 months, and had to extend my stay a few times. The owner was always very flexible with me even though he had other clients that were also interested in leasing the place. it has a large sized yard which was great for my kids and pets to play in, as well as a large bathtub for my wife to enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I would strongly consider staying here again if needed!
