I rented this apartment for a total ~ nine (9) months while on a work assignment. My original work assignment was extended an additional six (6) months and the landlord was very understanding and allowed me to continue to rent the apartment. It was a wonderful experience. The furnished apartment is well-maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised. The landlord was responsive, respectful, hospitable and returned calls promptly. He even provided a basket full of snacks. The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet, with easy access to Greenways (paved walking paths through nature - loved it. I got my first picture of a Barred Owl in the wild. It was AWESOME!!!), shopping and major highways. I only moved because the assignment ended, otherwise I would have asked if I could stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free renting experience!

This condo is the perfect find. Every amenity for a comfortable stay is included. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with parking right outside of the front door. Its in a great location, close to shopping centers, entertainment and restaurants. The host is fantastic! Very prompt with responding and taking care of anything you need to make sure your stay is a great one. Definitely a home away from home and an ideal place to unwind after a long day.

This property is the true exemplification of "Home away from home." I rented this property long term as I needed a small, intimate, cozy but luxurious location while traveling. The owner is by far the best host I have ever encountered! His warm welcoming from day one was consisent up to the very last day of my extended stay, from being provided luxurious necessities during my stay to expedited responses to inquiries. The apartment comes with all the amenities you can think of and some! The community is conservative, discreet and accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend this property for long term rentals for travelers that are seeking a luxury and cozy home experience while away from home.
