I have done AB&B and received a 4.9 rating from travelers all over the world. Comments included how quiet the property is, very clean and is owner is easy to communicate with. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room. Property is 21 years old, in excellent condition. There is a snow removal service, so when it snows, the driveway is typically cleaned quickly.

Very safe quiet neighborhood. Located steps off Three Rivers Bike and walking trails. Fish Lake has a public access about 2 miles away for boating and kayaking. Maple Grove is known as the restaurant capital of the Twin Cities; many different restaurants from coffee shops to white linen dining.

It was ok, at best
I stayed here for 3 months. I honestly did not enjoy my time here. The landlord was little overbearing. My time here was so bad, I decided to NEVER rent another basement ever again. I honestly wanted to leave but thankfully she left for the winter and everything was great after that. If you like to cook, good luck cooking here as everything is small and not convenient at all. She also makes these little remarks, almost as if she wants to intimidate you. Rent here at your own risk, as if you sign that lease, you are locked in for 3 months.

Terrible aggressive landlord
Horrible experience. I didn't get my deposit back for made up reasons. Landlord is Incredibly rude. Allowed her daughter to trespass into my apartment. Her neighbors will spy on you. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.
