Great Rental

I stayed here for 2 travel contracts. Spacious, clean and didn't feel too small. As a night shift travel nurse this summer the blackout curtains in the bedroom were great. Lots of closet space as well! Some noise can be heard from owners house but was never an issue for me. Owner was very attentive, helpful and a good resource for my first time in Boise! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental

I stayed here for 3 contracts as a healthcare traveler. This is a great unit that has everything...with a garage as a plus. Spacious unit, plenty of light and also worked well for me as a night shifter. This unit is attached to the main house via interior walls, so some noise can be heard from others living next door, but it was not an issue. Owner is super helpful and responsive if there are any issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy, Convenient, and Quiet Stay with Excellent Landlord

I had a fantastic experience during my stay here. The space is quiet, well-furnished, comfortable, and has everything you need. The private garage was a great bonus. The location was ideal - just a short drive to the hospital, which was important for me as I was in town for a school rotation. The landlord was exceptional, readily available and very communicative, and even checked in during a heat wave to ensure the AC was keeping the place cool. If I'm ever back in Boise, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

cute, private, functional apt in great location!

Enjoyed our stay very much here. My boyfriend and I were travel nursing and it was the perfect location for all the nearby hospitals when being floated frequently! The apartment was well equipped, clean, and very bright with all the windows! The owner was very nice and approachable. The garage is such a nice PLUS! Would you extend or stay again!
