Cozy Craftsman Home, Perfect for Two
I stayed at Dianas Craftsman home with my girlfriend, and it was the perfect size for two. The house is cozy, comfortable, and full of charm, and the neighborhood is quiet yet close to Solano Avenue for coffee, shops, restaurants, and gyms we could walk to. Diana was a kind and responsive host, and wed happily stay again.
Beautiful Home, Fantastic Host
My family stayed in Dianas house while we were in the process of moving from the Bay Area to another home out of state, and it was a wonderful place to stay during our transition. The home is beautiful and comfortable, located on a quiet, leafy street just one block off Solano Avenue with great shops and restaurants nearby. Our host Diana was incredibly friendly and super responsive to any requests we had we couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Stay at Diana's home
I had a very comfortable stay at Diana's home. The house is located on a safe and quiet street in North Berkeley within walking distance of Solano Avenue. I parked in the driveway of the home. The kitchen has most amenities (no dishwasher) which made it easy to cook at home. There is also a breakfast nook to have your meals and a washer/dryer for laundry. There is plenty of natural light, storage space, and extra bedding. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The backyard has a beautiful garden. The primary bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable mattress to sleep on. Diana is a friendly and responsive host.
Great neighborhood, beautiful home!
I stayed in D's wonderful Thousand Oaks home for about 2 months at the start of 2024. I had a wonderful stay. The top floor where the master bedroom is located has an abundant amount of natural light and windows in all four directions. It is a very cozy room and great for reading and relaxing. Location wise, the house is walking distance to the heart of Solana Avenue. I enjoyed visiting coffee shops most days out of the week, and dining at the various restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, this is the place for you! Not a far drive to downtown Berkeley, and close to some great hiking trails.
