Still waiting on return of deposit

The unit was nice. The owner/representative for the is a different story. Completely unprofessional. When contacted to pick up rent, they didn't show at the agree upon time then they wanted to enter the unit to get it after being told no one was there. After I asked when they planned to deposit my check, after holding it for over a week, they changed the method of accepted payment. When it was time to vacate, I had to contact them several time for move out instructions. I asked about prorated rent and asked if I should pay it or deduct it from the deposit. They said deduct from deposit. I text the main person Id been in contact with a month after vacating, asking when I could expect the remainder of my deposit and if there was none left, the reasons why. I texted again, two weeks later and got no response. I contacted another individual I had dealt with and got no response. Another two weeks later and still no response from eitherIts not much but its mine and they have to refund.
