The property is ideally located minutes from the popular Cargo district and the heart of Wilmington
The neighborhood is close to the Riverwalk and 20 mins or so to the three local Beaches. The hospitals and medical facilities the units are close to are noted.

This was a hidden gem of a property! Walking distance to downtown and the riverwalk in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I loved my stay here and Frank was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Could not recommend this property enough, especially for a travel nurse as it is cozy and safe, short distance to restaurants and to the hospital.
The house is perfectly updated, clean, and feels like home. F rents two updated homes side by side. When my family came to visit they were able to rent the house right next to us. It worked out so perfectly. F is very responsive and very kind. We are buying a home in the area and will definitely recommend this place when we have friends and family visit. Cannot say enough good things about F and this rental property! Book while you can!

This is one of two units we operate in Wilmington NC they're primarily Midterm/Short term rentals. Currently accepting reservations . We offer discounts during the slower season as well as for extended stays 90 days or more. Our twin unit available for shorter stays or premium reservations. Im open to allowing two persons share and split the cost. Im willing to work with you but this is the only leverage I have. Perfect for two professionals.
