Perfect stay!

Loved my time at this property. Easy move in process, responsive, kind LL. Big TV, open kitchen with large island which I loved. The kitchen was well equipped and the LL even left a gift basket with snacks and waters, which was much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of closet/storage space for clothes. The front patio space was nice for a morning coffee and grilling dinners. The neighbors were super nice and friendly. Close to restaurants, downtown, work and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean, and comfortable

This property was absolutely incredible. It was my favorite apartment, possibly ever. It was super clean upon arrival, and MR left lots of snacks and waters. They had every amenity you could possibly think of! I purchased a cheap rug for the living room, and a cheap mat for the bathroom, but otherwise, the apartment was equipped with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors were all very friendly, the hospital is less than a mile away, and downtown could not be more accessible. There were even a few times when I walked to and from downtown! I was very sad to have to leave this property. If I ever go back to Prescott, I will definitely request to stay here again!
