Alan is a great landlord! He is very prompt and attentive. The place has great charm and peace to it. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and landlord to anyone!

Perfect spot

Alans property is clean, quiet, well maintained, and right up the road from Providence Hospital. Alan is responds to tenant needs almost immediately and he is also a great source for local recommendations. As a travel nurse, the property and location has everything I wanted and needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great studio apartment, fantastic landlord

This is a great studio apartment with a full kitchen. Perfect location for both Providence hospitals. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Alan, the landlord, is very accommodating and prompt answering any questions or concerns I had.

A really welcoming space

The apartment was very spacious with all amenities you could need covered. Alan was also really responsive when a problem arose (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on accident he arrived in 20min). Also the location was really convenient - it was about a 10-15 minute walk to both the waterfront and downtown Everett. The neighbors are really kind as well. Overall I really enjoyed my time here!

Very well appointed studio- no need to bring anything except your clothes! Walkable to PRMCE, or a 4 minute drive. Quiet neighbors, owners answer promptly for any questions or concerns. Quiet, safe neighborhood free of graffiti, weed shops, or tents on the sidewalk.
