Great space in a great location
The apartment I stayed in had everything I needed, from kitchenware to towels to an in unit, 2 in 1 washer and dryer which worked great! I worked at MercyOne and it took me about 5 minutes to get to work and UnityPoint was right across the street. The landlord was also quick to respond to any issues I had. The apartment is on a lower level, but has a lot of natural light through the windows which I loved. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Des Moines area. It close to many restaurants and stores downtown.

Great place to stay at
Great place to stay. Quiet, cozy and everyone is friendly. Neighbors are amazing. Pool and grilling area bonus spot for us. Definitely recommend this spot! We will be coming back!

Just as advertised the coziest apartment ive ever stayed in. Walk across the street to work. Vehicle is secure. Neighbors are friendly. Landlord is excellent responds within minutes. If I ever get the opportunity to work in Des Moines again I would like to be able to live there. Great unit.
