Loved it !

I had a great time here. The cottage has everything I needed. Everything was very nice and worked perfectly well. Delia was so nice and very helpful. I agree with all the other positive reviews. Also, the neighborhood is wonderful. I love this part of Petaluma. I fully recommend this rental and I hope to return.. .

Amazing Stay at Tiny Home!

I stayed in the tiny home during a summer internship. The home was absolutely perfect and had everything one would need. The amenities were wonderful with a full kitchen, easy laundry access, a comfortable bedroom, full bathroom, and a loft area. It was very clean and utilized space very well. The neighborhood was safe and convenient. It was a 15 min walk or 5 minute bike ride to downtown. There is also a smart train and airport transporter, each a short Uber ride. Petaluma has a lot to offer with a great foodie, coffee, shopping and artist scene and very close to all of the Sonoma county offerings. I cant say enough great things about Delia. She is a fantastic human and communication was stellar before, during and after my stay. She was helpful and also respected privacy, I would highly recommend this home for any stay

Amazing Experience

I lived. in this amazing Tiny Home for just about six months. Great location in Petaluma. Delia was an amazing host/landlord and was very kind and responsive to any requests. Short term or long I highly recommend this cozy little home to anyone looking to be right in the heart of it all.

Fantastic Rental!

This has been a really great rental. I love the owner, and she has been absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The house is very cozy, modern, and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house was very thoughtfully designed, and the owner took a lot of time to think through how it will be lived in. Everything has a place. It has been really great to have such a nice laundry room on the property, which has a brand new washer & dryer. The property is incredibly quiet, and I love seeing deer around the neighborhood. There are many places to take walks around the area, and I have walked to and from downtown many times. It is really easy to jump onto the freeway from where the house is located, which is great if you are commuting around the Bay Area. I have only positive things to say about my stay here in this home. I highly recommend this rental.
