I rented from Ellen, twice, while on assignments at Exeter Hospital. 5 minute drive to work - ideal for those, like myself, who take call. There are two goofy, super friendly dogs that live here that I completely fell in love with! They love to greet you and love on you, but also will leave you alone if you want space. Conveniently, there is a full size washer and dryer. Ellen is very accommodating and always addressed any concern I had. She even bought another freezer when I was concerned about freezer space for my meal deliveries. She is definitely a favorite of mine, both as a landlord and now a friend. I would recommend her space to anyone who is ok with shared living. I would absolutely rent from her again! Bonus is your own deck w/shared hot tub, rural location but still super close to everything!
