We manage and thoroughly clean our condo. There is no stove, but a hotplate,toaster,griddle,air fryer,crockpot and other small appliances are provided for your convenience.
The bed is sturdy with a comfortable, good quality Sealy mattress.
The full sized couch is by LaZBoy & is super comfortable & clean.
Chairs are sturdy and swivel at the peninsula.
Neighborhood overview
My Studio condo is in a complex of 37 units right across from the ocean. Very quiet with many units that aren't occupied between October and May.
The Ocean is across the street. You will need to cross Ocean Blvd to get to the beach stairs, after a short walk.
My unit is the second one in from the street and on the top/second floor. You'll have an Oceanview looking out slider & balcony.

Great place
This was a great place to stay - very clean and the bed is so comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for short term rental in Hampton area.
