The little home was perfect for my needs! I stayed here for 4 months while working a contract at CapMed. The kitchen was well appointed with a wee crock pot & tupperware for meal prep. The house had loads of storage for my camping gear so the small space never felt cluttered. The neighborhood is super cute & quiet. Felt safe. Loved the walkability to a bakery! Ian was super laid back and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Private 1 Bedroom

Stayed here for 2 contracts and loved it. Small outdoor space for my dog to get outside when Im in a rush, close to parks when I want to walk her. UNBELIEVABLY large amount of storage space which was the biggest thing for me; I travel heavy with outdoor gear. Kitchen has everything you would need. Id easily stay here again. The landlord was great to work with and super laid back. Highly recommend

Close to Walking trails

Stayed here for a Contract at St Peters. I loved the walking trails for me and my dog that was only blocks away from the house. Commute is an 8 minute drive. Perfect for me and my dog. small yard for potty breaks. So much storage in the living room and the bedroom. All amenities were perfect, loved having a little crock pot for meal prepping (: perfect little spot for a contract or three (: Very Quiet, home shares a wall with Ian the home owner, I worked nights and never heard him even when he was home! Really good black out curtains in the bedroom for a night shift vibe.
