Cozy home

I had the pleasure of living with Becky for 3 months while doing contract work at St. Luke's. Her home was warm and welcoming, and always smelled amazing (fyi awesome baker). Becky is very affordable and accommodating to whatever her tenant may need and always extends out a lending hand. She has 2 very sweet cures and beautiful garden to relax in on a sunny day. Love, love, love the neighborhood. Mission, KS is a wonderful little suburb of KC.

Fantastic Stay!

Becky is a fantastic host. She is personable, kind, generous, and she really wants to make you feel welcome. She is a fantastic cook, and she has great tips if you are new to cooking. She is drama-free, easy-going, and her top priority is making you feel welcome. While I was studying for stressful tests, she would wear headphones all around her house to be considerate. She is very thoughtful of you as her guest/ tenant. The location was perfect for me; the house is in a quiet, safe, and nice neighborhood that is very close to major highways, so I found that I could easily get all over Kansas City. Additionally, I always felt safe in the neighborhood to walk or run outside. Becky has awesome recommendations for places to go/ new things happening in Kansas City. She also has two kitties who were absolutely so much fun to have around. Overall, this spot was amazing. I truly loved my stay!

Enjoyed my stay with Becky she is very nice and attentive I felt really comfortable during my stay. My room was very cozy and I enjoyed having my own bathroom. Her two cats are really sweet and one is super playful, I enjoyed their company in the mornings before work. What I liked most about the house is that it is in a calm quiet neighborhood and in a great location. There are many neat places to check out and some nice coffee shops. Overall becky is a great host with a great personality and I would definitely recommend the stay

Clean, peaceful, amazing location, great living situation!

Great spot! I stayed here for around 4 months. Super clean, peaceful, great location, private bathroom, laundry, easy-going roommate situation! I'm a 41 year old lady and lived with Becky drama-free. She is a great roommate, respectful and kind-hearted. She's also an incredible cook and gardener. I wasn't home all the time, so it may be a little different experience if you are planning on being home all the time, having regular guests or cooking in the kitchen all the time since since she enjoys cooking and meal-prepping when she's off from work. But she is great at communicating and working with you about anything you need. She was always cool about heads up for when she was having her grandkids stop by, but it was very rare and very brief. Otherwise, shower is nice, bed is very comfortable, there's a dresser and bookshelf and small closet. The 2 cats are super sweet and mainly hang with her, no shedding that I noticed. It's a solid spot!!! I was very thankful for my time there!

Fantastic Host & Great Location

B is a fantastic host. She cares, checks in often to make sure everything is accounted for, and ensures a homie feel! B is a fantastic baker and cook #chiefskiss which gives nostalgic childhood vibes. The house is cozy, clean, and a great suburban location close to many popular coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. B is very knowledgable of various activities and sites to see around Kansas City too, which I found refreshing and welcoming.

Loved my Stay

I stayed here for a month and enjoyed the quiet space that was close to restaurants and downtown Mission. The room was cozy and had great natural light. The private bathroom is across the hall. I felt right at home. I had access to laundry and the kitchen had everything you need. I never had trouble with street parking in the quiet, residential neighborhood. The host lives onsite and was friendly when around but also worked a lot so I could easily work from the house without distractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.
