Have been at the property since early November - A is a responsive and thoughtful property owner. He keeps you informed and is on top of any requests. Very humane experience. The property has a solid amount of indoor and outdoor space, parking for multiple cars, and is quite close to many necessities, including a Walgreens and Publix - which are both walkable. Holiday Park is also a short walk, which is great for those looking to do some outdoor workouts and jogs. Lawn and outdoor area are quite well-kept and the area is quiet as it is a block away from a cul-de-sac. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good feel of Fort Lauderdale and appreciates a positive renter-owner dynamic.
