Awesome place, awesome people!

We rented this apartment over the summer, and I could not recommend it enough! The landlords, Sylvain and Theresa, are absolutely awesome in every way. They are willing to help you with anything and everything, from directions and recommendations to giving you a ride to the mechanic! The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, private, and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is extremely welcoming, walkable, and quiet. The location is perfect; not too close to downtown to have lots of traffic, but central enough to be near grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Amazing 3-month Stay!

I co-rented this property with some friends over the summer and had an amazing experience. The property is exactly as described in the photos and the description. I loved the fact that the apartment is neither adjacent to nor directly above any other residential rooms, which gives you a lot of privacy. The best part of the stay for me was the landlords. Sylvain and Theresa are incredible hosts and one of the nicest human beings I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They're extremely kind, hospitable, and friendly. If the apartment meets your needs, I would strongly recommend anyone to rent it without a second thought.

Great Property. Excellent landlords!

I spent three months at this property while in Durham for a summer internship, and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is spacious, the bedrooms are cozy and filled with natural light, and the listing photos accurately reflect the space. The location is excellentjust minutes from downtownand the community is very welcoming and pleasant. Overall, the area is very walkable and pleasant. The landlords, Sylvain and Theresa, are truly exceptional, probably the best landlords one could ever get!They are kind, accommodating, and always available if you need anything during your stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If youre looking for housing in Durham, this property should be at the top of your list.

Excellent Stay

We rented this place for six weeks and it met all of our needs. The apartment is spacious and light filled. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to prepare all the meals we wanted. It is well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood is well maintained and filled with beautiful homes and yards for walks. The hosts, Theresa and Sylvain, are readily available and very accommodating. And just lovely. Highly recommend staying here
