Great landlord and a comfortable home

Me and my partner lived at Takas property for about 3 months and had a great experience. The house was in good condition, and Taka was always helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend him as a landlord.

The place itself is luxurious and immaculately maintained. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, quality finishings and beautifully presented. You wont find yourself wanting for anything as the host has fitted the place with all the day to day necessities you'll need. Just turn up, drop your bags, enjoy the oasis and explore the city.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean, Spacious Home

I absolutely loved living in Ts property during my time in the city. T is very responsive, considerate, kind and helpful. I was welcomed to the property with a very clean environment. The garage is spacious and I felt safe inside the garage and going to the apartment. The neighbors are very considerate and the trash and recycling area is always organized and clean. Both beds are very comfortable and the home is bright in the day. It can get noisy at times due to living in the heart of the city, but not loud enough to disrupt daily activities or sleeping. There is free parking on the streets for any guests. I would love to live here again if I come back to the city.
