Daniel is Great

Stayed at Casita Margarita this winter and enjoyed it a lot. The backyard is spacious and well decorated. The house has new appliances and Daniel provided plenty of toiletries, K cups, and essentials. Daniel was always responsive, didn't brush off any questions or concerns, just a great overall host. Location is good too, neighborhood is walkable and it's a short drive to the shops in San Marco and 35 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

great 3 month stay

My husband and I stayed at this house for 3 months this spring. The yard feels private and the plants are beautiful. Daniel was very responsive to any questions that we had about the property. The appliances work well, water pressure is great. The neighbors are very nice and I walked to River Oaks park every morning (less than 1 mile away and a really nice big park). Happy Brew Coffee and the Metro diner are 2 of our favorite places to walk to. Fuji sushi, Taverna, and Seafood Island are 5 minutes away in downtown San Marco and all delicious. I've been traveling for 5 years and this is a property that I would absolutely rent again.
