New and Modern Private Bedroom with Private Full Bathroom near ALL HOSPITALS

Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this house for several months and had a fantastic experience. Firstly, the owners were very attentive to my questions and were there to help at all points during the stay. Secondly, the house itself had every amenity you would need while traveling for work and bringing minimal household items. From a pots and pans, to Britta filters in your room, the house had me covered with more than just the basics. Working in center city was convenient as the bus route (17) is right infront of the house. This made getting to work effortless. I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning a trip to Philadelphia for work.

Felt like Home!

This was my first travel contract in Philly, I absolutely loved it. The commute was close to my assignment, the house was comfortable, quiet and clean. I felt safe traveling back and fourth to my job and local stores. I stayed on the second floor, which had washer & dryer, its own private bathroom, and comfortable bed to sleep in post night shift. It was quiet and super clean even with other tenants. I loved using the kitchen, I was able to meal prep for the week. Downtown Philly was just a quick Uber away I had the chance to check out some awesome restaurants and bars. The host was quick to respond and thorough when I had questions. I luckily will be traveling back to Philly soon for a short contract, and look forward to staying here again!
