Pet Friendly Two Bedroom on Dead End Street

This property is above the garage (second floor) of our home at the end of a street with a seperate entrance from the house. Mostly quiet neighborhood. We have three dogs two are hounds so they will bark briefly when they go outside. I work from home two days a week. Apartment has access to a fenced in back yard.
