Loved my stay!

This was my first time using furnished finder, and it was such a lovely experience. Julie is very kind and very clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making the home feel like a home, even if for a short while. There's plenty of designated space in the fridge, freezer, and pantry. Laundry was downstairs and such a perk to have. The room I stayed in was light and airy, bed was comfy, and I appreciated having a private bathroom. Plenty of space to store clothes, toiletries, etc. I had some ants come visit me (common during spring/summer) and Julie very promptly sprayed outside my room/windows and I never had any more issues with them during my stay! I also asked for a fan because I run a little hot, and she got it to me immediately. The neighborhood is awesome, very walkable and lots of cute shops and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend this space, you'll be in great hands! :)

Best Rental I've Ever Had

This house is wonderful, and it's exactly as it appears in the photos. It's clean, centrally located, and has nice people living in it. Fully recommended!

Lovely Experience

My fur baby and myself spent over a year at this beautiful property. It's not far from several of the hospitals in the Portland area. I met my very first Portland friends, other house residents, here and will be forever grateful for that. The owner Julie is very kind and responsive to any issues that arise.

Relaxing stay

I was in search of a clean, comfortable, quiet space and this place was it! I had such a great stay here and Julie was fantastic. It's centrally located with ease of access to many shops, cafes, parks and bars. This is definitely a must return if ever back in Portland.

Magical House!

I stayed at this property in two different rooms for a total of six months and I've never had a better experience with furnished finder in two years! I would still be there had I not wanted to settle in Portland. Where to begin! The landlord is super great from the start. Very communicative, incredibly responsive to any problems or issues with the house, understanding if something happens to your contract and need to leave earlier than planned. The house in itself is like magic. Even though it is built in 1906, the landlord has put so much love into it, it feels modern with the magical look of 1906. It is a shared property with other tenants but it almost never feels cramped, sometimes even lonely since it is so big, the house leaves a lot of room for everyone to do their own thing. The location is central to a lot of different hospitals without being in downtown, a nice neighborhood. The landlord has thought of everything for this property. Would recommend 1000 times over!
