Fantastic place to stay!

I stayed in the Tri Cities for a 3 month research program at PNNL, and I loved staying at this property! Amazing views of the Columbia River, with a nice back patio and yard. Clean, modern living space with many nice amenities. Laundry room had yet to be set up with a washer and dryer when I stayed here, so I needed to use a local laundromat - but this was only a very minor inconvenience. Plenty of space for parking in the driveway, and neighborhood was quiet with friendly people. The owner, C, was not in town for most of my stay, but was very friendly, helpful, and responsive while I was living here. Overall, I am very happy that I found this place to stay at during my visit. Would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting the Tri Cities!

Wonderful stay!

Found this place for my first travel assignment and it was absolutely wonderful!! This lovely home is on a quiet beautiful neighborhood with a stunning view of the river in its backyard! Having a private downstairs space with a full kitchen and dining area was such a plus and so was the cable tv setup. The owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating, they made sure all my needs were met. I really appreciated them and the communication was great. The laundry room was not set up yet for a washer/dryer but that wasnt a deal breaker for me. Overall I really enjoyed the place, highly recommend!!
