Fantastic stay

Cannot speak highly enough of the location, home and owners are fantastic. Location is great esp in summer with the lively park right out the back door. I was a night shift worker and had zero problems with sleeping, and even through the cold nights and hot days the temp is right where you want it, (they have an amazing central heating/cooling) and the balcony is great to hang out and enjoy the Omaha weather (lol) place is very safe, never any crime out this way. the construction can be annoying but genuinely the entire city of Omaha is 1 big construction zone so whatever, it works haha. Gym is a block up the road if you need a good gym. Would stay here 10/10

Great Condo

Stayed here for 3 months during a work contract. Beautiful view, meticulous choices for furnishings, comfortable bed, and the owners were very accommodating and quick to reply if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo!

I recently visited Omaha from Belgium and really enjoyed time in this condo! It was very clean and organized and decorated with a lot of care. If you are looking for a condo to rent, I honestly couldn't recommend them more. It is in a great location as well and I enjoyed meals from the local restaurants!

Ann and Vince were helpful getting us set up in the condo. It had everything we needed to feel at home. It was close to restaurants and the interstate. My wife and I found the condo clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely book again.

Caution!! These nice looks ARE DECEIVING!! FLEA INFESTATION!!!

While the condos location, appearance, and amenities may be as advertised, none of that matters when there is an active flea infestation. I booked this unit for a semi-long-term stay to be near my mother, who is battling cancer. Midway through my stay, I woke up covered in dozens of flea bites an absolute nightmare. I immediately contacted Anne and Vince; an exterminator arrived quickly and sprayed, but I had to vacate for several hours. Vince showed no empathy, saying the fleas likely came from neighbors neglected dogs and remarking that some people might stay despite the infestation. He only offered to refund unused nights. I had no choice but to leave, find last-minute lodging at double the cost, spend hours washing my belongings, and seek medical treatment. Nearly a week later, I am still treating the bites. This was an incredibly stressful and costly experience.

I cant say enough good things about this loft apartment and the wonderful people who manage it. There is everything you need in the apartment, tons of cooking supplies, cleaning and even board games. The natural light pours in all day and the AC worked well.The location is great near downtown Omaha. But what truly makes this place special are the owners. They are some of the kindest people Ive ever rented from. Responsive, respectful, and genuinely caring, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Whether it was helping with move-in logistics or just checking in occasionally to see how things were going, they made me feel like more than just a tenant. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Amazing apartment!

Ann and Vinces place was the perfect spot when moving to Omaha! It is close to everything you want and need, can walk to many shops and restaurants with a cute park across the street. The interior of the apartment is so thoughtfully done and makes you feel right at home. They have everything you could possibly need in the apartment and I absolutely loved staying there. Ann and Vince are very responsive landlords and were quick to fix any issues, and were frequently checking in to see if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying in this amazing place!

Great midtown condo

Fantastic location with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Perfectly placed right next to the park, and the condo has everything you need. I and no issues, but the owners are always available if needed! If you're going to be in Omaha for a while, look no further!

Absolutely Amazing

I absolutely loved living here. The apartment is close to downtown, the old market and Blackstone, all of which became some of my favorite places of Omaha. The apartment is the perfect size and is exactly as listed. There is plenty of storage and has everything you need. Ann and her husband are fantastic. They respond quickly to any requests you have and are incredible friendly. The building is safe, requiring a key fob for entrance.
