Loveliest property and landlord!

My friend and I stayed in this unit for several months in 2023 and 2024 while we had rotations at Seattle Children's, UW, Harborview, and Swedish First Hill. It was perfect!!! We loved the peaceful neighborhood, kindness from the landlords, commute times, and unit amenities. Specific positives included dedicated parking for both our cars, convenient bus lines (both to downtown and UW), quiet neighborhood, beautiful apartment renovation, and lots of natural lighting. Julia (landlord) has always been so kind and helpful, and constantly worked to ensure my friend and I were having a pleasant stay. She went above and beyond to equip the unit with supplies (kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.) and give us the best recommendations for local services. I would highly recommend living here and wish we could stay longer! Living here was one of the highlights of our time in Seattle.

Thank you J! When I absolutely needed to move in sooner you had no issue with it moving forward sooner. You place radiated tranquility which is the reason we decided to stay. The space was perfect ! Comfy beds & updated appliances

This unit is very clean with updated appliances. The beds are very comfy, probably the most comfy I have slept in as a traveler. Its a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and appreciated the parking spot behind the rental units.
