Only 4 units in our building. All are very quiet full time owners and very respectful and friendly. You can talk as much or as little as you want upon meeting them out and about in the parking lot. Generally 2 parking spots available right in front of our condo. There is only 2 steps down to our entrance and no stairs inside our condo.
