Modern and Spacious 2-Bedroom Unit with Sun Room and Private Backyard Access!

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed property

First and foremost, Jerlisa and Richard are the loveliest landlords-incredibly responsive, accommodating, and a total delight to rent from. My husband, our dog, and I stayed for four months during a renovation and loved making this house our temporary home. It's extremely roomy, featuring a large living room, dedicated dining area, extra office space, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Having access to the garage (best for compact cars) and the dedicated driveway spot was a huge plus, as neighborhood street parking can fill up. It's fully equipped with everything needed for a seamless stay. Note for future guests: the laundry room and backyard are shared with a friendly downstairs tenant who works from home; coordinating common spaces was effortless. If you have a dog, take advantage of the nearby McLaren Park-it was absolute doggy heaven! We would gladly stay again and highly recommend Jerlisa and Richard's home.
