Comfy and Cozy
I stayed here for a contract at ANMC (10 minute drive) and it was perfect. Very comfortable and easy to get anywhere. I didn't have a car for the first month and found that the bus system was very accessible and brought me everywhere I needed to be. Downtown was a short walk away which was perfect over the summer months. A full kitchen and laundry were perfect. With the West-facing windows I was able to watch the sunset most nights. The roof-top deck was my favorite part - there was a grill up there for everyone's use and the views of the mountains were unbeatable, I even had a few nights where I was able to watch the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) from the roof and it was spectacular. Very clean and easy access to the Seward highway. The garage spot was also a great addition and would be perfect for the winter months so you don't have to clean your car off.
